Valentine’s Day Delights at Brisbane Quarter

Whilst you are there, make sure you visit the spectacular installation Nearly Midnight, by artist Rachel Burke at Brisbane Quarter until 27 March. Inspired by GOMA’s Fairy Tales exhibition, be enchanted by the 2-metre high sparkly slipper (that you can snap a romantic pic inside) on Podium 1 and a dazzling life-size tinsel princess dress on Podium 2.

Persone 
Treat your loved one to a cozy Italian dinner experience at Persone on Valentine’s Day. Enjoy the stunning views of Brisbane City and South Bank lights reflecting on the river as you savour a delightful five-course Italian set menu designed for sharing plus a Prosecco on arrival, priced at $145pp. The menu includes Byron Bay burrata, mushroom bruschetta with truffle vinaigrette, prawn linguine, porchetta with slaw and pickled apple, complementary sides and a sumptuous Dark Chocolate Cake with vanilla mousse and fresh raspberries. Tenya Japanese Restaurant
Valentine’s Day at Tenya Japanese Restaurant means you’re in for a delicious Japanese feast, and this one is for the seafood lovers! This special menu for two is priced at $158 for the set and includes your choice of sashimi or Abalone salad, a scrumptious selection of Nigiri (Anago eel, scallop and salmon), soft shell crab tempura, prawn gratin, Bay lobster miso soup and an Edamame cheesecake with panna cotta. For $48pp, add on a sake and wine pairing to accompany the delicate flavours in your meal.
Brisbane Phoenix
Here’s how to wine and dine your Valentine this year – head to Brisbane Phoenix for their deluxe set menu made up of some of their most luxurious dishes. Including everyone’s favourite Chinese delicacy Peking duck pancakes, lobster cooked your way, pan-fried M9 Wagyu with Beluga Caviar, scallop fried rice and a chocolate fondant for dessert, this six-course feast is priced at $185pp and includes a glass of bubbles each.
The Lex, W Brisbane  
Make it a Valentine’s Day to remember this year at The Lex, W Brisbane’s signature restaurant. Kick off your celebrations with a glass of champagne or signature cocktail on arrival as you take in the stunning river views. Paired with snacks, a curated three-course set menu showcasing their signature New York Style Grill and sides to share for $175pp. Included, are favourites like freshly shucked oysters, seared yellowfin tuna, flame grilled MB3+ Warwick eye fillet and a delicious dessert platter to share.
Phat Boy
With a menu designed for sharing, date night at Phat Boy is always a good idea! There’s so much to try off their menu including the delicious shared entree tower with all of your favourite Thai bites and Kung Tung – a spiced seafood dish that is spread directly onto the table.  Sip on a ‘Will You Marry Me’ cocktail and cheers to the romantic occasion.
Meet Tea & Coffee
If a bubble tea is the way to their heart, Meet Tea & Coffee are offering half-priced milk bubble teas for one day only on Valentine’s Day (from 12-8pm).
WET Deck Float in Cinema

WET Deck will once again transform into a floating cinema for a special 3 night event this Valentine’s Day.

That’s right – get comfy on an inflatable pool recliner lounge whilst taking in a romance inspired film whilst tucking into your choice of one of three mouth-watering grazing boxes. Kick off the evening of romance with a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne on arrival or our “One in a Melon” signature cocktail. Additional drinks and food will be available for purchase throughout the night.
